Yes. Progress is saved automatically, so learners return exactly where they stopped — and video lessons resume at the last position reached.
Once a learner completes every lesson in a course (100%), a "Download certificate" button appears. The certificate is a PDF with a unique ID; the download link is valid for 15 minutes and can be regenerated anytime.
No further users can be invited until the limit is raised. A tenant admin can increase the configured limits at any time — there's no need to migrate or start over.
Access is invitation-based. New users receive an email with a temporary password and are prompted to set their own on first sign-in. Password resets are self-service.
